During the rainy seasons, houses and surrounding areas are usually exposed to large amounts of rain water. However, even if the water dries out when the sunshine returns, the water that is left underneath the houses will remain there since it cannot be reached by the heat of the sun.
Rot will start to develop, and even mosquitoes will start to accumulate under the house. Thus, by installing our corrugated pipes underneath the house or the building, the water will be drained out by using ducts leaving the area dry and clear from any pests and extracted water used for gardening purpose.
